Phlebotomist

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Phlebotomist in a medium sized organization.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Management or Supervision
• Customer Service training
• Phlebotomy Certificate from recognized institution
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Corel WordPerfect
• At least 5 years experience in Blood Taking
• Experience as a Customer Service Rep. in a medical facility
• Practical nursing training or experience an asset

Knowledge

• Ability to communicate effectively (orally and in writing)
• Excellent Telephone Techniques and Customer Service skills
• Skills in understanding and following written and oral instructions
• Skill in dealing with the public
