Qualifications

• Diploma in Teaching
• Bachelors Degree in Guidance & Guidance
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position

Skills / Competencies / Requirements

• Action Research
• Observe strict code of confidentiality
• Record Keeping
• Initiate mentorship, peer leadership, student orientation and transition
• Intervention Programmes
• Ability to address Special Needs and Social Needs
