Ophthalmic Assistant / Technician
Clarity Eye Care Services was founded in 2016 in an effort to increase and improve the quality of optical care in Jamaica. Our founder and Surgeon, Dr. Celeste Chambers- Simms, is highly trained and qualified to offer services that will undoubtedly add significantly to the optical care business in Jamaica. She is an Ophthalmic Surgeon who has studied for her MB, BS at the University of the West Indies, Jamaica and at the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons, in the UK for her DM.
Clarity Eye Care Services invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Ophthalmic Assistant / Technician.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Skills and knowledge in refraction preferred
- At least three (3) years of previous work experience in the health sector with interaction with patients
- Having experience in the use of ophthalmic equipment is a plus
