Assistant Dietitian

Qualifications

• BSc. degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or its equivalent from an accredited tertiary institution.
• At least two (2) years working experience in a similar field.
• Registration with the Council for Professional Supplementary to Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring personnel to ensure completion of assigned duties to standard.
• Conducting orientation, on the job training and in service educational programme for dietary personnel.
• Assisting with collating of monthly data for reports to Regional Dietitian and Administrator.
• Conducting in and out patient nutrition education and counseling sessions as assigned.
