Nursing Director

Montego Bay Community College invites applications for the position of Nursing Director (clear vacancy).

Location: Westmoreland campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing;
• Masters Degree in Nursing or its equivalent would be an asset;
• A valid Nursing Council Licence;
• Teacher Training Certification
• At least three (3) years experience in a position of similar nature.

Preferred Attribute

• Experience in Management/Leadership;
• In-depth knowledge of Nursing Council guidelines, practices and procedures;
• Strong transformational leadership and Change Management skills;
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, negotiating and communication skills;
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, marketing and facilities management;
• The ability to build, nurture and maintain healthy relationships internally and externally.
