Position: Healthcare Staffing Coordinator / Client Service Coordinator

Location: Kingston, Jamaica

Requirements

  • Degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred);
  • Experience in healthcare staffing or a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate caregiver recruitment and scheduling;
  • Manage client bookings and inquiries;
  • Support onboarding, payroll and performance evaluations;
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.
