Position: Healthcare Staffing Coordinator / Client Service Coordinator
Location: Kingston, Jamaica
Requirements
- Degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred);
- Experience in healthcare staffing or a similar role;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate caregiver recruitment and scheduling;
- Manage client bookings and inquiries;
- Support onboarding, payroll and performance evaluations;
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.
