Ministry of Health and Wellness is having their  Health & Wellness Career Expo & Employment Fair at the Confucius Institute, University of the West Indies, Mona Campus.

Interviews will be conducted between 9am and noon and 1pm and 5pm on January 22 - 23, 2025

Position: Enrolled Assistant Nurse (HPC / EAN 1)

Qualifications

• Certification as an Enrolled Assistant  Nurse from a recognized institution;
• 4 Subjects in CXC or GCE including  English Language, Biology and any other  subjects;
• Current Registration with the Nursing  Council of Jamaica;
• Licensed by the Nursing Council of Jamaica.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the organization and maintenance of order and discipline in clinic areas;
• Assist with the collection and testing of specimens such as urine and recording results;
• Assist with the admission, discharge and transfer of patients. Sharing responsibility for a safe and comfortable environment for the patients;
• Taking and recording blood pressure,
  temperature, pulse and respiration as
  required.

Salary

Per annum: $4,359,501 - $5,182,077
