Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor degree in Sociology, Social Psychology or other relevant discipline
• A minimum of five (5) years experience working in a related field.
• Training and experience in social work and community development
• Sound knowledge of group dynamics
• Skilled negotiator
• Skilled at organizing diverse groups

Responsibilities

• Acts as a link between KFTL and the members of the surrounding communities, to ensure that they understand the companys activities and provide them with an opportunity to engage in feedback.
• To participate with community members, NGOs, and local authorities to improve the quality of life for those persons who live in these communities.
