Chief Technologist

Qualification

• Minimum 5 years Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technologists by assigning duties and directing activities.
• Train and mentor technologists for career growth and development.
• Examine work flow and revise processes as necessary to improve efficiency.
• Oversee the tracking and ordering of medical supplies.
• Organizes office operations such as workspace assignment and layout including vacation/sick leave.
• Assist in decision process for hiring, terminating, promoting or evaluating office personnel.
• Prepare monthly schedule to ensure all technical areas are staffed.
• Troubleshoot equipment.
