The Hi-Pro Divisoin of the Jamaica Broilers Group Limited is seeking a team oriented indivdual to provide Veterinary Services.

Requirements

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine; (DVM)
• Experience in basic and applied research techniques;
• Registered and licensed to practice in Jamaica;
• Knowledge of biosecurity programmes and quality management systems;
• Knowledge of disease prevention, treatment and control, heard and flock-health programmes with special emphasis on broilers, layers, swine, small ruminants, beef and dairy cattle;
• Three (3) years of experience in veterinary and laboratory practice;
• Strong analytical, investigative and recoding skills;
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, and Power Point;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of regulatory protocols governing the local agricultural industry would be an asset;
• Willingness to work as a part of the sales and marketing team to achieve the company's objectives and targets;
• The ability to work on own initiative;
• Willing to travel island wide; and 
• A valid Jamaican Drivers Licence.
