Bayer Radiology Medical Representative

The individual assigned to this job function is required to manage and develop the radiology imaging portfolio within the hospitals, doctors offices and medical facilities. Promote and self contrast media, injectors and consumables through direct sales and/or on accrual model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree is required
• Minimum of two or five years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals within the healthcare industry
• The ability to travel as necessary (local/overseas, overnight and/or weekend) is required
• A valid drivers licence and a clean driving record is required
• Excellent written and oral communications skills are required
• Strong initiative with excellent time management and planning skills are also preferred

Responsibilities

• Investigate the potential of customers to determine the long-term business opportunities (Accrual model).
• Promote the use of one syringe per patient avoiding reuse.
• Ensure effective communication and negotiation with customers (include our products in their catalogs) promotion and negotiation of the products that we have available in the countries assigned under their responsibilities
• Establish frequent contact with key clients (Doctors, Technicians, Nurses, Administrators and Distributors).
• Consolidate training programs based in the use of injection equipment, consumables for injectors and contrast media.
• Continuous search for new businesses: private and government
• Respect the Compliance Policies
• Follow up on services to keep our equipment installed in optimal condition
