Nursing Coordinator needed for Westmoreland Campus - clear vacancy

Requirements

• A Masters Degree in Nursing or related training
• Teacher Training Certification
• Registered Nurse Licence with the Nursing Council of Jamaica
• A minimum of five (5) years Management / Leadership experience at the senior level
• Knowledge of Nursing Council guidelines, practices and procedures
• Strong Transformational Leadership & Change Management skills
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, negotiating and communication skills
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, leadership, marketing and facilities management
• The ability to build, nurture and maintain relationships internally and externally
